is pleased to announce that our R&D with the MaxJet II and MiniMax has successfully added "Powder Spraying" to our MaxJet Thermal Spray Systems. Now with simple addition of our metal powder feeder adaptor and powder spraying nozzle, either the MaxJet II "in-shop model" our our new MiniMax "in-field" equipment can spray readily available metal powders at high velocities resulting in dense high quality coatings.

Requirements for spraying powder:
1ea Operator
1ea MiniMax or MaxJet II with all applicable hoses and cables
1ea Powder Nozzle Part No. 840000264
1ea Powder Adaptor Part No. 840000333
1ea powder feeder with carrier gas controls (will vary depending on feeder used)
Oxygen, Propane, Air & 110VAC utilities
Powder Spraying example for WcCo 88/12:
60psi Air
60psi 0xy
30psi Propane
~4lbs hour
50psi Nitrogen carrier gas
9.5mm air cap
6-8" spray distance |
