• Cast Nylon Sprockets

Cast Nylon Sprockets are integrally cast, with the chain saver side-bars and sprocket plate in one piece. Cast Nylon has a high degree of hardness and is ideal for extremely demanding applications.

Precision cast, this material has exceptional dimensional stability and a hardness of greater than R100 for greater wear resistance and durability.

HMAX Cast Nylon Sprockets have a LTB (Length-Thru-Bore) of 6-1/2", this provides a greater bearing surface on idler shaft locations, decreasing wear by distributing the load over a greater surface area and drive sprockets have a longer key length reducing the stress placed on keyways, practically eliminating the prospect of key runover during use.
