23 Tooth Drive Sprockets - 720S

  • HMAX Cast Nylon 6 Sprockets with integrally cast hub and chain saver rims. Can be used with non-metallic and metallic chains
  • UHMW-PE Sprockets offer excellent abrasion resistance, available with segmented rims on either non-metallic or cast iron hubs.

17 Tooth Idler Sprockets - 720S

  • HMAX Cast Nylon 6 designed for use with both steel idler shafts or stub shafts.
  • UHMW-PE Sprockets are also available with segmented rims on either non-metallic or cast iron hubs

40 Tooth Driven Sprockets - 78 Series

11 Tooth Shearpin Sprockets - 78 Series

  • HMAX Cast Nylon 6 assemblies of 100% non-metallic material, zero lubrication required.

SAV Hybrid Sprockets

  • Replaceable Tooth Sprocket for SAV chains featuring replaceable tooth segments, each segment can be individually installed on a steel plate sprocket hub. Available in a variety of tooth configurations.

Standard "C" Channel Flight, Fiberglass Pultrusion

FRP - Channel Flight / High Strength
High Strength variant of the "C" channel flight, designed for heavy duty applications and tanks up to 22 ft wide.

FRP - HMAX Flight / Extreme Duty
Designed for tanks up to 36 ft wide and extreme service requirements. Unique shape eliminates needs for filler blocks.

Aluminum Flight
Made of T-5 Aluminum these flights do not corrode and do not require drilling or notching. Environmentally friendly, these flights have salvage value at the end of their service life vs paying hazardous material disposal fees.

Static Sleeve Bearings
Economical replacement concept to replace rotating steel shafts, low cost - high return investment, eliminates the need to turn idler shaft locations. Sleeves mount on existing steel shafts, sprockets turn on sleeves - increases system life, decreases energy requirement substantially.
